I am the Lettings Director based at our Brentwood branch. I have been in the property industry for over 38 years. I have worked for many corporate companies over the years, but nothing beats working for a family run business where the clients truly do come first. We aim to give every client an outstanding personal service that each client deserves. I look forward to helping you in the near future and remember if it’s just advice you need the help is a phone call away.

Interests

I live in Maldon with my two grown up children and my wife. I enjoy Spending time with my family and friends, socialising, and good holidays.

I started working in London as a PA for several years for a well-established Company dealing with the Ashanti Goldfields in Ghana. My ambition was to get on the TV which to my absolute luck started presenting with Anneka Rice on Capital Women for several years.

This came to an end trying to juggle three beautiful children and my Husband. I returned to work after fifteen years at home with various roles in retail and administration until  I settled  in our Brentwood lettings office where I have stayed for the last 13 years.

Interests

I have two daughters and a son and between them I have eight gorgeous grandchildren which take up a lot of my time.  I also like to keep fit to keep up with my grandchildren, dance and enjoy the theatre and trips away.

LOTTIE WALKER

I am happy to say that I am the Letting Consultant at our Brentwood branch. 

I started my working career as a personal assistant working in financial services. I have worked for companies and financial institutions such as KPMG and The Bank of England. I love structure and organisation. I have been in the lettings industry since October 2024 starting as a Lettings Negotiator and Administrator, which I am very much enjoying. 

Interests

I enjoy going to the gym and regularly exercising, I love a spin class! To provide a healthy life balance I also enjoy a glass of wine over a nice dinner… 

Jacqui White

Work Profile

I have worked in the property industry for over 40 years, starting as an office junior and working my way up to a regional sales director covering Essex and East London, giving me a strong knowledge of these markets, as well as my continued passion for estate agency and enjoy making individuals successful. I joined Delaney's in 2020 as a Managing Director as I wanted to work with a family run business as I feel they are able to offer a bespoke service to our customers.

Interests

I have lived and worked in the Havering area all my life and enjoy what this area has to offer. I like to keep fit and regularly play tennis, and enjoy an active social life.

MICHELLE ROUD

I have been in the property industry for over 20 years. I have known the Delaney family for over 20 years and have been working for the company since 2015. Delaney's pride themselves on being a 'family run business' building great long term relationships with their clients and staff and always provide an exceptional service giving the personal touch to each property transaction. They have a good reputation within the industry, one I am proud to be a part of.

Interests

Spending time with my family and friends, socialising, going to the theatre and reading.

JO LOCKWOOD

Work Profile

I am the Lettings Manager. I started my working a career in teaching children with special educational needs. I said goodbye to education and joined the Delaney's team in September 2018 where I look after Delaney's Property Management portfolio and take pride in giving an outstanding service.

Interests

I live in Maldon with my two children and my husband. I enjoy tea, biscuits and Gin!! Hence why I also have a gym membership!
