Management Fee

INCLUDES: In addition to both the Let Only & Rent Collection Service we complete a full property inventory, prepare all legal documentation, carry out regular property inspections and advise you of our findings, arrange and oversee all maintenance works, handle deposit reconciliation, and communicate with the tenants regarding tenancy renewal.
